Welcome to *11/06* and the *DIVINE DELAY TO UNDERSTAND* is in *John 11/06*-
_”When he had heard therefore that he was sick, he abode two days still in the same place where he was.”_
Lazarus was a man so loved by Jesus and yet became sick – _”Therefore his sisters sent unto him, saying, Lord, behold, he whom thou lovest is sick.”_ vs 3
Despite hearing that his beloved friend was sick, Jesus still delayed in the same place for two days.
By the time he later got there, Lazarus was dead and buried.
Even Martha confessed that if Jesus had been around, Lazarus would not have died- _”Then said Martha unto Jesus, Lord, if thou hadst been here, my brother had not died.”_ vs 21
When Jesus finally came, Lazarus was dead for four days but his prayers and pronouncement brought Lazarus alive – _”And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth. And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go.”_ vs 43,44
The delay of Jesus that wanted to make Mary, Martha and Jesus a laughing stock later turned them into cynosure of all eyes.
Every seeming delay from the side of God has a way of being turnaround by God for major breakthroughs.
“`Joseph had a delay in the prison for another two years because the butler that promised to get him out of there forgot him. But this delay later turned out for his grandest benefit when from a prisoner, he became a Prime Minister!
Hannah also had a delay in childbearing for donkey years but God overturned it into greatest blessing when she became the mother of Samuel, one of the greatest judge, priest, prophet, statesman, kingmaker and man of God in Israel.
Peter had a delay in the prison till the night proceeding his proposed execution by king Herod. But God overturned it for his major breakthrough,deliverance, escape and testimony.“`
*No matter the delay you are experiencing today, God will overturn it to your triumphant benefits, blessings and breakthroughs.*
