*Psa 119:105 _Thy word [is] a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path._*
The word of God is meant to be a major directive for us in making daily decisions and life ensuring choices. Hence the Psalmist saying the word of God has been a lamp to his feet and has shed more light on his path.
This is further strengthened when the Bible says; *”…man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds out His mouth” Deu. 8:3*
