A popular song writes thus;
“God is good
He has done me well
Oh my soul
Rise up and Praise the Lord”
The truth in that is not far fetched because indeed only God is good and from him doth all good gifts come from (Mrk 10:18, Jam 1:17).
However, you can always enjoy of the goodness of the Lord when you “taste and see that the LORD [is] good: blessed [is] the man [that] trusteth in him. Ps. 34:8
